Is Solana Villas pet-friendly?
Solana Villas allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
Is Solana Villas a smoke-free community?

Yes. Solana Villas is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, on patios and balconies, or in any common community area.

Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, there is a required $7/month renters insurance fee.
What utilities are included in rent?
The monthly rent amount includes electricity, water, sewer, and trash!
